'We loved everything about our stay!!'

'We chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood as the family we were there visiting. But this house was so nice we ended up visiting with family just hanging out there most of the time instead of going out and doing alot of activities! It was GREAT!!! The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything you might need!! Highly recommend heating the pool, that was sooo nice!! Hoping this house will be available again the next time we come to visit!! 🙌 10/10!!!'

'At first I was worried if this home would accommodate my family of 7, but surprisingly it did. Between King size bed, the sofa bed, the other sofa and the air mattress we made it work. The amenities at the community were great and we did not have to even go out much. It was conveniently not far from Tampa and I was surprised how many restaurants and things to do Zephyrhills has to offer.'

'We stayed for a week at the end of December. The house was very nice and updated. The pool was heated which was great because there was some cooler days while we were there. The location to restaurant and grocery stores was nice. The neighborhood was okay but seemed a bit run down but we had no issues with anyone during our stay. Overall 5/5 if looking at staying in the area'

'Spent 8 nights at this very comfortable home. Plenty of room inside the home and a large yard within a quiet neighborhood. Owners live next door and Brad set me up so I could wash my truck after long drive from New Hampshire, right at the home.'

'Very large home, nice decor, pool, grill, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, might want to bring your own toilet paper, only a very small amount was there with single-ply sheets, there was a large hairball on the kitchen countertop, and 2 full bags of trash in the cabinet next to the sink, in other words, housekeepers could have done a better job, otherwise. An excellent stay.'

'This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!'

'We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but the property is a little oasis of peace. We had our 3 year old daughter with us who absolutely LOVED swimming in the pool everyday. Sharanda has excellent communication and goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests have an amazing time. There were so many conveniences and items provided throughout the house that really helped make our stay comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.'

'Stayed at this beautiful place for a few days with my family, we were visiting for a wedding. It was an amazing stay, peaceful and quiet. Townhome was just as pictured, nice and clean. And we had a great view of the surrounding area and golf course. My family an I fell in love with the place. Would definitely recommend.'

'It was wonderful to find you anticipated so many needs! Loved the items you had available. Shopping was convenient, but having so much there (tooth brushes, sugar packets, candies, first aid kit, etc.) was very thoughtful. We were quite comfortable there. Enjoyed the pool!'

'Although we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time on this property, we felt like it was not that clean. We found hair in a few places, rags/sponges that were not brand new and appliances/walls in kitchen had not been wiped or scrubbed down. We didn’t do any cooking so this was somewhat acceptable for our stay. I appreciated that the owner left us containers of Clorox wipes so we used those to wipe down counters. We also appreciated that the owner had a Christmas tree in the living...

'This place was a great place to stay, we had such a relaxing time and the kids had plenty to do. There were kayaks to use and we went fishing and relaxed by the fire. They even set up a projector outside and they had popcorn and which was a huge hit with the kids. Only con I would say was the camper could have been a little bit cleaner and I would say to bring your own blankets and sheets. Overall, we had a great time and Sandra was so responsive and helpful for whatever we needed.'
