'Suntide II Condo has been beautifully remodeled. Very much appreciated little details like having access to a couple of beach chairs and a crockpot. Made for a relaxing evening coming back to dinner done since wait times can be lengthy on some nights on the island. Owners were very prompt with correspondence and look forward to booking with them again.'

'My family and I had an amazing experience at this condo. It was super spacious very clean with nice appliances and furniture. Just a couple minutes walk down to the beach. Mark was a gracious host and very accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit SPI!'

'We really enjoyed the stay, would have given a full 5 star rating-but just a couple of really minor things -not one coffee filter -not a roll of paper towel -should be advertised that there are no beach towels-so make sure you throw some in your suitcase Again; just minor things but I thought worth mentioning'

'Great location on beach, within walking distance to bar/restaurants and easy drive to turtle habitat, bird watch sanctuary and alligator rescue facility...all very interesting and educational. Interesting area of the state. Lodging at the Florence was very clean, Quiet and a great price.'

'We have stayed at the Saida before and loved it! This particular condo was amazing! Large tv’s in every room, beautiful decor, views that take your breath away! And of course the pools, tennis courts and the beach are great! Will definitely be coming back!'

'We stayed for 9 days and really enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time to SPI. The condo was clean and in a great location. It has fantastic views from both the main living area and master bedroom. The balcony is spacious but the chairs were always damp from the humidity so we didn’t sit out there. No screens on the sliding glass doors which I thought was odd but it must be intentional. The glass was always wet so to really appreciate the views from inside you need to open the sliders, also...

'This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.'

'Everything was wonderful and as described only one confusing incident when the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated. Thankfully it was a false alarm but a lot of the people were saying it happens frequently not sure if that’s true but in all we enjoyed our stay.'

'The location of this property couldn’t be better. Right on the beach. It is the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is very small but fully equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.'
