'We booked Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun for our honeymoon believing it was a true adults-only luxury resort, but it turned into one of the most disappointing travel experiences we’ve ever had. 'The shuttle service was excellent. Lots of food options, just make reservations early. The property was huge with lots of amenities. Best restaurant was La Boheme and Cappricunio. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Make sure you keep American dollars on you to tip and pay. Also don't go shopping in Playa del Carmen because it's so expensive, especially if you a tourist!!! Stay on the resort and bring everything you need.'
