If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Gorgeous setting
Stayed for three nights to relax and do as little as possible. This place was the perfect choice. The lodge was immaculate and very comfortable and relaxing. The gardens are stunning and surrounds as well as the pool. I bought all my own food but it is not far back into Robertson to pick up supplies less then 10 minutes. Will definitely be back again thank you David and David for sharing your beautiful estate.

We stayed as two families with small kids. David was good at writing back to me to get slightly earlier checkin. The house is located on a huge acreage with beautiful gardens, some animals and a nice looking pool. The house you get is in a small dark wing of the main mansion that is locked off and the windows are locked which face internally so it was very cramped without air flowing freely. It has beautiful bedrooms however with nice bathrooms. The showers leak, the toilets clog and the living room is very small and dark. It should be noted that these little things impacted our overall rating as we were home alot as the timing of our trip was hampered by terrible bushfires and extreme heat so to find that there was no airconditioning or fans in the rooms was shocking to say the least when the temps were near 40. We asked for fans as we could not even sleep it was so hot inside. The third bedroom we paid for is up a steep flight of stairs and was unuseable as it was so so hot (and hot air rises) so we all squeezed into the two bedrooms and as a result not great sleep for anyone. I would really like a refund for the third unused room. The pool was also extremely sooty and very green, we believe at least for our stay it should have been cleaned really thoroughly for the kids to play in for a couple of days. We had to ask for a few of these basic things like fans, a broom/vacuum to try to make the stay comfortable. It was a nice stay in a nice spot isolated from the rest of the tiny town, but there needs to be significant improvements to the home and facilities to justify the steep price point.
