'In town for business that got delayed due to severe ice storm. The hosts were very amicable and not only let me reschedule the timing of my trip, but were able to get me in for an addition two days after my business ran overtime. They are always very friendly and helpful as well as interesting people. Will definitely return.'

'My sister and I are from out of town visiting our mom near by, we decided we didn't want to stay with her but visit and enjoy the fall feel and location. Our stay was so much better than a hotel. We had privacy and relaxation in the jacuzzi. The first night got to cook a nice meal in the beautiful kitchen. The upstair rooms were very comfortable, and the cottage offered every amenity.'

'The space is cute, clean, well organized, and in a very nice area. With no laundry machines or a stove top, it's not ideal for about 5+ days, but if you're here overnight as a stop or for a couple nights, it's absolutely perfect and within a walkable distance to some cute shops, restaurants, and coffee!'

'We loved this property. Wonderful property manager that was very communicative. The cleanest vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell no corners are cut with the cleaning. Very walkable everywhere even with our 9 year old. We cooked breakfast and lunch with the well stocked amenities at the property and walked to dinner nightly. We will def be back .'

'Great location right on the Rogue River. Was fun watching the rafters float by. Bed was comfy. Room was good size as pictured. However, the bathroom was tiny tiny. Very difficult to get in and out of the shower. Manager says that this room is to be remodeled. It needs it to improve the bathroom situation. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed in that did not provide ice. We had to go across the street and buy ice.'

'Finding the place was easy if you stick closely to the directions. I prefer to stay a bit out of town usually and this is only 15 minutes from Medford. There are two routes to get there, I prefer the back route off the freeway, which adds about 3 minutes, but we saw an abundance of wildlife that way, and avoided the traffic on I-5. "“Please be friendly to the ones that showed up” Imaging paying $100+ per night and this is the first thing you see walking in. Overall this hotel felt dirty, smelled weird and you hear people walk the hallway all the time (earplugs are necessary!). Worst of all is the uninterested clerk when I called them, I left something in my room and after contacting them (only by phone, there is no email address) he was just completely unfriendly and was just being silent. Just pay a little more and stay in another hotel in Rosenburg!"
