'This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!'

'Four of us girlfriends traveled from WI and SC to have a long weekend together. The accommodations were good, great location, quiet neighborhood. While some things outside could use some attention they did not impact our stay. We all had a wonderful weekend, the check in and check out process was very easy.'

'great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt'

'We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us as it was incredibly close to Villa Antonia, where my sister's wedding took place. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and more! With 8 adults and two kids in our group (ages 11 and 1), we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their own comfortable areas while still enjoying shared spaces for quality time...

'Our crew was 5 adult siblings and their families (plus a grandma) and this place was prefect. The suites are massive and can easily fit kids and adults. The house was modern and very clean. The location is close to lots of stuff, we never drove more than 15 mins. The property manager was super responsive on the one small thing we needed help with. If you have a large crew and everyone wants very comfy sleeping arrangements, this is definitely the spot.'

'The house is overall very nice, but one of the en-suite bathrooms had a strong unpleasant musty/mildewy smell and we couldn’t use it. We kept the door closed and ran the bathroom fan the entire time. The adjoining bedroom also had an unpleasant smell that seeped over from the smelly en-suite bathroom. I let the property manager know twice while we were there for a week, and they said they would send someone over. But no one ever came.'

'The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. '
