Commodités défaillantes

Bel environnement agréable MAIS le réfrigérateur était défaillant et nous avons perdu notre nourriture ce qui fait que nous sommes partis deux jours plus tôt que prévu. Le pédalo avait un trou et les rames du canot étaient brisées. Pour la baignade et la pêche, il faut aller de l'autre côté du lac. Prenez note qu'il n'y a pas de réseau cellulaire et que le chemin de terre peut être difficilement praticable en auto. Lorsque nous avons averti la propriétaire que nous avions dû quitter plus tôt que prévu à cause du réfrigérateur, elle a répondu: "Je suis désolée"!

nice location but bad many issues with chalet & communication

The location is beautiful but unfortunately a lot of issues with the accommodations that are mostly caused by poor communication made my stay pretty unsatisfactory. I was sent the address to the chalet a few days before, the road and address number with a postal code that applies to a general area of the small town it is located in. When I got there the address number they gave me has no sign on the road and all that you can see from the road is a closed gate and a sign that says 'privé: defense de passer' not surprisingly i assumed this was not the place and as it was the evening i couldn't contact them so couldn't stay there the first night. someone in the morning called me back to give directions and said i could call them if there were any other issues. in the afternoon i found out the gas stove was not working. the vrbo post had said the amenities included a stove which was the only reason i paid as much as i did. i called the person i'd spoken to and they texted back and said they were unavailable. i assumed they weren't on shift but could pass my message along, even by the next day since there is no phone reception at the chalet I had to walk a while to call them. no one contacted me about the stove for the rest of my stay. at night i felt myself getting insect bites and the bites match the description of flea bites. i sent them a message of my issues and they only said they had sent me gps coordinates which is completely untrue.

Beau et tranquille

Bel emplacement, tranquille... mais malheureusement il n'y avait pas d'eau à boire à notre arrivé. Très petit chalet, frigo et lavabo de cuisine. Pas d'espace de rangement pour notre épicerie. Idéal pour 2, mais certainement pas 5!
