'Awesome Place but I’m not a fan of the “extra fees”. It’s better if they just listed it at the price per night. Still a great location and a very nice place.'

'My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament in Baton Rouge that could last anywhere from 3 to 7 days. We opted to not do a hotel. This condo was perfect and about a 7 minute drive to the field. It was great! Host were hands down the BEST! Very easy to communicate with and very flexible with check in and check out times. Will for sure stay here again.'

'The unit was well decorated and in a good location close to everything. Figuring out which unit it was and where to park was a bit challenging since we arrived at night. The shower was old, and not great and the stove was ancient. Other than that it was well equipped and well furnished'

'The property was clean, spacious, and lovely modern decor just like the photos. Checkin was seamless and easy, there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. The fully stocked Keurig coffee station was a great plus for us. Blake was a dream host in that he communicated immediately and was very nice to my family’s unforeseen special needs. The property was minutes from LSU and all of our activities for the weekend. We will stay here again anytime we need accommodations in Baton Rouge.'

'Pictures were accurate so no surprises. Listing said there was a hair dryer but that was not true which was an issue for me. The main bathroom did not have a shower curtain so only one bathroom was available for showers which the tub was so clogged you were instantly standing in water!'

'We never received the access needed to get to the property. We arrived in Baton Rouge for a party, after the party we went to check in and the address was incorrect on navigation. We did not have any access information so weren’t able to get into the gates. This was 5pm and we were stranded with nowhere to stay. The owner would not respond to email and phone did not work. We reached out and got vrbo to refund us. Finally got email at 10pm with the access information. We were already on our way...

'Just what we needed! Quiet neighborhood. Good home layout for our family (2 parrents; 1 child). Clean! Only negative--there were ZERO drinking glasses. There were 12 coffee mugs (for a 4 person rental) but no water glasses or wine glasses. We admittedly didn't cook anything while we were there so I can't speak to the other cooking supplies but glasses would have been much appreciated!'

'My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 months while visiting our Baton Rouge relatives. It was a very comfortable condo---clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great for us too. It happened to be near our family, but also close to convenient shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. The condo complex had a beautiful pool and outdoor lounging area with a fitness area as well. The owner was responsive to the very few questions we had---everything...

'The Cozy Cajun Suite was very welcoming!! It had everything we needed plus. The bed was super comfy!! Everything was clean. Communication was good. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!!'
