Prachtig gelegen bungalow met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badstrand. In het hart van Pacific Beach op slechts 3 blokken van de oceaan, 4 blokken van de baai en 2 blokken van het bruisende zakendistrict op Granaat. We hebben stoelen, planken, handdoeken, parasols en al het andere dat je nodig hebt voor het strand dus pak wat tassen in, parkeer je auto in de garage en ga eropuit om het beste weer ter wereld te bekijken!

Lichte en lichte 2 slaapkamer met 4 slaapgedeeltes (een koningin, 2 tweelingen en een slaapbank). 2 televisies en hi-speed internet voor entertainment (of werk ...). De bungalow heeft ook een eigen buitenruimte

De gehele accommodatie is van u, inclusief een aparte wasruimte met een gratis wasmachine / droger.

Wij zijn een professioneel managementbedrijf en Superhosts. We zijn slechts een gesprek en meestal slechts 5 minuten afstand, maar al onze units zijn opgezet om keyless en self-service te zijn.

Pacific Beach is een van de beste plekken in San Diego. Geweldige bars en restaurants liggen allemaal binnen 5-10 minuten lopen. De strandvibe leeft hier, maar je bent net ver genoeg verwijderd van het strand dat je laat kunt achterlaten op het lawaai en de waanzin van de late nacht en rustig kunt ontspannen.

Als je geen auto hebt, zijn er nu overal op het strand huurfietsen en elektrische scooters en kun je een maand op deze locatie doorbrengen met eten, drinken en genieten binnen een straal van 2 mijl en je nooit vervelen.

Amazing location

My friends and I had the best time at this location! The host was extremely kind and communicative and the overall booking process was very straightforward. My friends and I spent the days at the beach, shopping, and going on long walks through Pacific Beach and spent the nights out on the town! This location is close to amazing restaurants and fun bars and the community was great!

Great location and price

Easy walk to Pacific Beach, grocery store, restaurants, and more. This property has a lot to offer: free parking (1 spot), beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc), smart TV, keyless entry, shared BBQ grill, pod coffee machine, and strong Wifi. We stayed for 10 days and got to know the quirks of this older property. The electricity is not strong (making coffee dims the lights). One bedroom does not have AC, only ceiling fan. We decided to open windows instead, but many stick and/or have to be propped open. Beds are moderately comfortable and there is some traffic noise, especially on weekends. Laundry is not as shown in photo. Instead it is an older top load machine, pay with app. Recommend using the laundromat down the street instead. I saw one smoke detector but did not find a fire extinguisher. Despite these small things, it was overall a great price and comfortable stay for 10 days.

My mom and I had a great time staying here! Perfect location close to the beach and plenty of places to eat, grocery stores. Clean, comfortable accommodation and had everything we needed! We would happily stay here again!

Cozy Rental

Nice, cozy decorated rental minutes from the beach. Grocery store, restaurants, and shops are all walking distance as well. Great communication with the nice hosts. A few minor issues like light bulb burnt out and bathroom window not closing smoothly on its track. But everything else was fine.

Great PB Location!

Great location, easy access to the beach and bars/restaurants. The rental had full kitchen which was great for my group and had A/C which definitely helped with cooling off after beach. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with!

GREAT Location

We had great stay, amazing location to the beaches, property had great charm to it. Having a parking spot was a big plus for us. Property manager was easy to get a hold of to answer a few questions we had. I would book this place again in the future!

This property was an excellent fit for our family of four. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. We had everything we needed for the beach. The walk to the beach was not far. The neighborhood was quiet. There were many great restaurant options nearby, and the parking was a huge bonus! We will be returning again! Highly recommend! Also, the hosts were amazing and always got right back to us.

The location is great. It is close to restaurants, freeways, and the beach. The house is a little noisy next to the road. There was an air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for our use which was really nice. When we arrived, there weren’t any towels and the shower curtain rod was laying on a bed and the bathroom was not put back together after the last clean. We had to set the shower curtain back up and finish cleaning the bathroom. The host brought towels the next day. Overall, it was a great stay. Nothing fancy but nice for the price.

Great location

Great location, very walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants. They did a great job decorating the place to make it feel like a home. They had everything you would need to enjoy the beach- chairs, umbrella, toys, balls, etc. The internet was fine enough for everyday use, but not nearly fast enough for my husband to work. Overall, a great place!
