Centraal gelegen in het hart van Condado, slechts twee kleine blokken (300 voet / 100 m) van La Concha Resort en Casino, mooie eigentijdse inrichting, ruime 3 slaapkamers 2 volledig gerenoveerde badkamers met prachtige travertin natuursteen !.

We zijn op de 3e verdieping met lift.

Ons appartement heeft ook uitzicht op de Condado-lagune. Er zijn airconditioning units in elke slaapkamer. Het appartement heeft een volledige keuken, wasmachine en droger, WIFI, HDTV en kabel-tv.

Je verblijft slechts een paar stappen (minder dan 300 voet / 100 meter) van La Ventana al Mar (strand toegankelijk via park), tegenover het park zijn er beroemde ritzy-winkels zoals Cartier, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo onder anderen ; ontspan in Zen Spa, bezoek souvenirwinkels, lokale en internationale restaurants en natuurlijk de branding en het zand waar ons eiland bekend om staat ...

Het oude San Juan ligt op slechts 3 mijl afstand (4,5 km), waar u 16e-eeuwse Spaanse forten (Castillo San Felipe del Morro en San Cristobal) en andere historische bezienswaardigheden (Museo de Las Americas, Contemporary Art of Art, Paseo la) kunt verkennen Princesa, Parque de las Palomas), de San Juan Nautical Club (1 mijl afstand / 1. 8 km), Isla Grande luchthaven (2 mijl / 3. 6 km) en Puerto Rico Convention Center (2 mijl afstand).

A rundown apartment at a convenient location

This apartment is old and needs a major overhaul, especially in the kitchen. The neighborhood was good, with lots of restaurants, and a walking distance from a nice beach with corals and calm waters. An Uber ride to the Old City or nearby Walmart was 5-7. The dishwasher, cloth washer and dryer were in the working condition, but the fridge looked like one from the butcher's shop. The appt has two full bathrooms (which is a rarity in SJ), but the toilets didn't look like they were cleaned. The TV had been connected to a Netflix account, and we enjoyed free movies. There's no AC in the living room, which was missed dearly during the evening. We did not like that the AC unit in one of the smaller bedrooms had a distinct smell. Half of the beach chairs had been broken - check before you take them to the beach. We had a good time in San Juan but we're not likely to stay in this place again.

The lockbox was difficult to find and the first box did not contain the key, the remote to the garage was also difficult as the button was somewhat damaged and we didn't know there were so many different gates and we didn't know which gate was the right one. After we finally figured it out, it was fine. Arriving after dark didn't help. The parking is seriously small and you can't exit the vehicle on the passenger side if there is another car next to you. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Close to shopping and dining options. Overall it was more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay.

as expected in Condado

we enjoyed the location and everything was as shown in the listing. However, there were a lot of things that were 'almost' broken or already broken.The door to the hall bathroom was very difficult to use. Our fellow travelers apparently use knives on the counters, so all the knives are dull, chipped or bent. I wouldn't replace them either if folks can use the cutting boards that are all over the place.The blender barely turned on and the carafe was the wrong size for the base. All in all, though, we found the hosts to be responsive and helpful. The parking instructions were accurate and all the keys worked (if you jiggled them). there was a beautiful view from the living room of the lagoon.

The condo was clean, location was perfect. Bars, restaurants, lagoon, casino … all a short walk from the front door, but the place was safe, quiet and cooled off really well. Highly recommended for families.

Perfect place for Condado

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was perfect and accommodations were more than sufficient for our vacation. We found everything clean, with lots of little ammenities for the beach and such. We were initially concerned that there was not central AC (my in-laws are older) but found that we didn’t need it. AC in the bedrooms was great for sleeping, and the island breeze kept things cool in the rest of the house. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Puerto Rico VRBO

Me, my wife, mom, dad, and brother stayed at this VRBO for a friend's wedding. We had a great time! A ton of space. The person who greeted us at the VRBO was very nice and showed us all the amenities for the VRBO, including beach chairs that we used at the beach! The only inconvenience was that the gate control stopped working and it took a few days to get it figured out, so we had to park elsewhere.

Our first VRBO was better than our stay at the Vanderbilt

We stayed for two weeks with a group of four. The location makes it convenient to old San Juan, the beaches in Condado and shopping. 4 months ago we stayed at the Vanderbilt hotel just down the block and I have to say I enjoyed this condo better. Communication with the owner was spot on with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great place to stay in Condado; close to beach and restaurants!

Pros: Nice and clean. Relatively cool in living room if A/C all on. Appreciate all the swim towels, beach chairs, iron and ironing board. Kitchen well stocked even though we didn’t use a lot. Nice to have washer and dryer- they worked well. Cons: Master bedroom needs darkening shades. Elevator - broke twice, once for 40+ minutes with 3 people in it! If you want to make your space more accessible to older and/or hdcp people…. Need grab bar at least in 1 shower. Slat in guest bathroom window would not close so it was always hot in there and who knows what bugs came in. Appreciate security but way too much to maneuver for just going for a walk, or running down to the vehicle. Really a great place to stay, just needs a little work to make it easier for an older couple and family to stay. Hosts awesome to work with!

Location, location, location!

Spacious, comfortable apartment but location can't be beat. Several great restaurants within 2 blocks, many more within 10-min walk (along with beach front bars, pharmacies, and groceries). 10-min ride to old San Juan or Santurce for more eats and entertainment. <10 mins walk to beach. Apartment is large and well furnished - everything advertised is there. Large kitchen for those who want to cook in. Furniture is a bit worn but perfectly fine for short-term rental - why are you hanging out in the apt when you're in a tropical paradise anyway?! :-)

A stay you won’t regret!

Right on the edge of the water and a 2minute walk from so many bars restaurants and souvenir shops. This place was perfect from top to bottom, close enough to old San Juan and still feels like you’re in the mix. My family stayed here for a family reunion vacation and the apartment was fully prepared and stocked with utilities and supplies to maximize our stay. The hosts even helped recommend other locations near by for extended family who were wanting their own place during our vacation.We can’t thank the hosts enough.for providing such a great experience! Will definitely be back again

Walk to fine dining, shopping, beach. Short drive to Old San Juan and Miramar, and easy access to major highways. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable, definitely a great place to stay in the metropolitan area.

Condo in San Juan

Very spacious condo great for our family trip to San Juan. It is a convenient area near the beach front road with plenty of restaurants, bars and beaches. The neighborhood was overall pretty quiet. Great for a family or group of people looking for some space to spread out after a long day exploring San Juan.

Great location, great apartment

We were very happy with our stay here. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and it had all we needed. Having the parking space was a huge bonus because street parking in this part of the city is not too abundant. The walk to the beach and to loads of restaurants was quick and felt safe. Rip currents at the closest beach meant that it wasn't safe to do more than wade, but there was another one that faced an inlet at about a 10 minute walk. The AC units in the bedrooms were adequate, and if you need the common area to be cooler I recommend setting the provided standup fans such that they move the cool air around. The master shower was good but the secondary one could use a new shower head, as the current one has a messed up piece that's decreasing the pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, so we cooked in a couple times after buying food from Walmart and Walgreens. There are a number of keys to figure out, so make sure you read the owner's instructions and look at their pictures! The elevator did not seem to be operating when we visited, though maybe we misunderstood how to get it going. There is some street noise, but I only noticed it when I was not in the rooms with air conditioning running (which is to say that the AC noise overpowered the street noise). I would gladly stay here again. My family of 5 (youngest age 12) were all happy.

Nice location, clean, street/off site parking pretty good, accurate description, fairly easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and stores on the area. We went swimming at the small beach that was about a 5 minute walk and saw a Manatee. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available to use. Got stuck in elevator due to city wide power outage and response time was great. Big thank you to the cleaning person who called right away and called to follow up after a few minutes to make sure they were on the way!

Great place in great location

We had a very good stay at this apartment. It’s in a great location and everything was clean and in good shape when we arrived. Although we didn’t have any problems for which we needed to contact the owners, they were very responsive when we had questions before our stay. I definitely recommend it for a group of four to six adults.
