This modern villa is located in Biniancolla just 30m from the sea with the safe sandy beach at Punta Prima just a few minutes’ drive away. 
The accommodation is on one level and comprises of an open plan lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen with a range of modern appliances. The villa benefits from high quality modern furnishings and air conditioning. Outside wooden sliding doors transform the building, when closed across the front facing terrace, to give total privacy. 
Patio furniture beneath the covered terrace and a BBQ allow you to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining and watch the sun set. Sliding doors from the living rooms give access to the terraces and the pool, which has roman steps. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided here to soak up the sun. Off road parking is available for at least 2 cars on the drive. The villa benefits from good sea views and is just 30m from the waters edge! This is a wonderful location away from main-stream tourism to relax by the sea.
**Grocery shopping can be done through Menorca Online shop and delivered directly to the villa. **
**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.
