Built in 1853 for Eliza Ann Jewett, the garden level apartment of this stately house has been renovated with fine finishes and furnishings to capture the true Historic essence of this adorned property.

Guests will have private access to the home through a secure wrought iron gate, and charming rustic wooden door, where on-street parking is just a short distance away. Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted a vast mudroom with an ample amount of storage, perfect for storing shoes, coats and more! Just to the right, step down into your hidden oasis; when renovations took place, no detail was spared here - from the exposed brick, wood flooring and custom light fixtures, you'll be in awe.

The gathering space offers a plush sofa, perfect for sinking down and unwinding after a long day. Catch up on your favorite shows from the smart television that features access to all of the main streaming channels and apps, or put on some soft tunes while you catch up on work. The bistro table can be served as a work space, or an intimate setting for meals with your loved ones. Just beyond, the quaint kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare home cooked meals.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.
