A bright and roomy great room will welcome you with two comfy sofas, a flat screen smart HDTV, and decorative fireplace with grand antique andirons. Oversized artwork and mirror along with a gorgeous chandelier will wow you! The mirrored dining table comfortably seats six with stylish upholstered chairs. Fix yourself a cocktail from the bar cart and stroll through the Tudor French doors to relax on the classic Southern front porch. Your biggest decision will be the porch swing or rocking chairs. Adjacent to the living room, you will find the well-equipped kitchen featuring a baker's rack with dishes, cookware, and cookbooks (the owner's wife is a retired professional yacht chef!).

Both spacious bedrooms feature super comfy king sized beds, high-end pillows, flat screen smart HDTVs, oil paintings, and interesting accessories. The “Mahogany” bedroom has windows overlooking the courtyard, private access to the side porch, and a hand-carved, gilded console and mirror from a Palm Beach estate. The “Blue” bedroom also has access to the side porch, decorative fireplace, plush upholstered bed, and a Maitland-Smith side table with chairs. The covered side porch offers a settee and two chairs overlooking the lush vegetation and a ceiling fan to stay cool. You'll love going outside in the morning or evening for a relaxing moment away from everything!

The full bath features two ornate sconces over pedestal sinks, a tub-shower with plenty of water pressure, and a dressing vanity. Southern Hall features high speed Wi-Fi with ample bandwidth for all your electronic needs. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 25 by 30 foot courtyard has fig ivy covered walls and features tables and chairs which can be configured into dining for twelve or split into smaller intimate seating. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
