Great views & location.
We had an enjoyable stay. The property is in a great location for walking to many places without having to Uber. There was not an adjacent balcony to the unit but it did have huge windows which made for lots of light and great views. The property manager came over very quickly when we called him. It was a little more difficult to speak to someone to ask questions ahead of time. We would stay there again.

Amazing views, space, and staff, sketchy neighborhood at night
Large, comfortable space and responsive management when we had a leaky shower. Very clean except for undersides of counters and appliances in kitchen (sticky). Handy location, but Seattle's large displaced population (some strung out) is omnipresent.

Prime Location
The property was a great location and convenient to Pikes Place and Convention Center. The beds were hard though. Additionaly some of the furniture was in disrepair and needed repairs or replacement. Overall I would book again and likely will for future conventions.

Amazing location and views
We stayed in this condo for 9 days in July. The best part about the place is the location. Literally a block away from Pike's Place market. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The views from the window give you a look at the market and the bay beyond. There was no air conditioning. I don't really blame them for that as most places in Seattle don't have A/C. It was just unfortunate that it was in the middle of a heat wave when we arrived. There were several fans left in the place for cooling. Overall we had an amazing stay. The chair that was reported broken back in 2019 was still there and still broken. Both showers did not drain very well. These are the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice condo
Check in was easy. Condo was clean and great for a small family. Nice central location. Really liked security at the front door. Target is literally in the same building, which was a great perk. Steps from Pike Place Market. Only complaint, which the owner can’t control, was way too many homeless people. Throwing stuff in the streets, drug deals right in front of us, the city needs to do something about this. We felt safe in the condo but not stepping outside.
