We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge at Snoqualmie. It’s a beautiful space with true cabin-in-the-mountains vibes, and we would absolutely consider staying here again. There are just a few areas that could use attention. A maintenance walk-through would be very helpful, as we noticed several items in need of repair. The bunk bed lamps were either broken or coming loose from the walls, and the towel holder in the downstairs shower was pulling out of the wall. The listing also mentions a coffee maker, but the only option available was a Keurig. We had brought regular coffee and didn’t realize we’d need K-cups, so updating the description (or adding a standard coffee pot) would be helpful. The can openers in the kitchen were either broken or rusty and impossible to use, and some of the utensils felt quite worn—updating a few kitchen items would go a long way.We also noticed that when the fireplace was going, the space became a bit smoky even with the stove ventilation on, so additional ventilation or a fan could help. The sauna shower didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as there was blonde hair on the wall, and adding blinds or curtains to the bathroom windows would improve privacy.Overall, it’s a fantastic property in a great location. With a few small updates, repairs, and clearer listing details, this place would be even better, and we would happily stay here again.
