'Beautiful location. Rooms on the small side for a luxury hotel. New staff I found not very helpful. '

'Booked a studio suite and ended up on the 3rd floor next to the main road. Crazy noisy at night and in the morning coz the coffee shop is right there. Staff didn’t even bother to ask how the stay was, else this could have been a feedback at the front desk. The restaurant, Nido, was great as always, but never coming back to the hotel. Also, staff at the coffee shop was rude! '

'The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.'

'Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. '
