Ons vakantiehuis ligt direct aan het strand op South Padre Island. U kunt ontspannen en een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan hebben vanuit de keuken, eetkamer, woonkamer en het balkon. Er is een tweede balkon aan de ouderslaapkamer met uitzicht op de stad. Het appartement heeft een verwarmd zwembad, dus het is het hele jaar door bruikbaar. Er zijn voldoende stoelen om in de zon te liggen. Er zijn slechts 14 eenheden in dit gebouw, dus u deelt dit gebied met slechts enkele anderen.

* Voorjaarsvakantie *: er is een leeftijdseis van 28 jaar of ouder om te boeken.

Living Room is ruim en zeer comfortabel. Precies goed voor lezen, ontspannen, televisie kijken of gewoon kijken naar de oceaan.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. Bovendien hebben we ook een George Foreman-grill geleverd voor uw grillplezier. De keuken is een open concept en komt uit in de eet- en woonkamer.


De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, televisie, grote kast en commode. Er is een groot balkon aan de slaapkamer die uitkijkt over de stad, geweldig voor vroege ochtend koffie of avondcocktail om de zonsondergang te bekijken.

De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, grote kast en commode. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer.

Extra slaapruimte is voorzien in de slaapbank, die traagschuim queen size is.

Er is een wasmachine en droger gunstig gelegen op dezelfde verdieping als ons appartement.

We houden van South Padre Island en ons Home by the Sea. We hopen dat u dat ook zult doen. Kom alsjeblieft op bezoek en keer zo vaak terug als je wilt.

Location excellent. Facilities very good. Problems with microwave and toaster. Living room furniture needs replaced. Chris was super in helping with any problem. Will go back to the same rental again. Hot tub has no jets.

The property is a bit dated but the condo itself has a nice kitchen and the TVs in the rooms were very appreciated. Contrary to the note in the checkin book there are no beach towels or chairs. There are boogie boards which is nice. Only major complaint like the previous guests….the couch is so disgusting. You can’t sit on it without coming away with stuff stuck to your body. A couch from Goodwill would be better than this. Or a cheap cocker from Amazon. We had to put a sheet over it just to bit be grossed out. I wouldn’t let this deter us from going back. Perhaps owners don’t know the extent of how worn it is. Property is quiet and safe and has the best beach. We had a great time.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this condo is the place for you. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The beach is just steps away. Having two balconies was a real bonus for us. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee watching sun rise and a cocktail on the balcony off the master bedroom the sun set. The pool and hot were wonderful. Location is on the north end and is quieter than other areas. Would definitely stay here again.

The building was easy to locate and access, close to market and shops. Beautiful setting right on, and close to, the beach. Liked that both the living room and kitchen/dining room have a view of the beach. Kitchen had all the tools and accessories we needed. Although the knives need sharpening--not just another block of Farberware. May want to bring your own to keep from getting hurt on a dull knife. Liked the combo washer/drier in one machine! We'd second other comments that the leather sofa and chairs in the living room, that now appear to have severe eczema, need to be replaced. We also suggest replacing the bathtub/shower hardware--the master tub was not draining very rapidly and the drain plug lever was pretty corroded and stiff. Valves in both master and other bath were a little stiff with corrosion. Otherwise, a great place and would go again. Bed in Master bedroom was fantastic!

Beautiful views, all the things we needed, one brief concern that was listened to and fixed by Criss on the phone. Enough space for two 21 year old boys, Mom and Dad, and Nana got her own room and bath without having to listen to all the family noises all the time! Hottub and pool were great and most importantly the beach access was immediate! Property was as pictured, no surprises or disappointments. Highly recommend and will stay again ourselves :-)

The quick access to the beach and the great balcony made this condo amazing. The beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. The only little negative would be the couch. The leather was flaking off of the cushions and got on the floor when trying to use the couch sleeper.

GREAT view just steps away from beach.😍 Just Beautiful. We will definitely stay here Again! Couches were a little worn out but who cares when you have a view and major space through out the condo. Everything we needed (basic essentials) was provided and easy access to the room was a breeze. 👍We as a family have rented other locations at SPI which were quite nice as this one but the accces to the beach was the best over all. 🏝 Can't wait to come back again.

Clean and comfortable condo with amazing beachfront views, perfect for sunrises on the beach. We enjoyed opening the balcony doors and listening to the waves. Pool area was nice and quiet, with quick access to the beach. We appreciated that this condo building has fewer units than others nearby.

Loved the place and especially the view from the balcony. Midweek we opened the washer to do a load and found a wet load of towels. I called and had a repairman in that afternoon and he took care of the repair quickly. I was impressed that the management really seemed to care that we were happy. She check back to make sure all are needs were met.
