'RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!!! Too unwelcoming AND FINICKY for hospitality. This AWFUL place is like a dorm for children or a PRISON CAMP. NOT for people who are there to see friends or family. No this no that no visitors and I'm watching you on CCTV. RIPPED ME OFF!!! Kept all my money even though I said I wasn't comfortable and cancelled. I could have understood if they kept some of my money but ALL??? And I didn't stay a day??? RIP OFF!!! MISERABLE!!! RUDE!!! DO NOT GO!!!!'

'My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on...

'This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. 'B&B business in kind-of-a-hotel building. Had a lot of trouble checking in bevause i did not have an email from the owner of the room. Real small room. Shared bathroom clean but very uncomfortabel. Left after 1 night. Lots of rooms permanently occupied by Asian people. Smelly conditions because of cooking on the floors ?'

"Hotel was close to everything, people were friendly and central market in the hotel was very convenient for coffee in the morning. Room was cleaned everyday and beds were changed as well. Only inconvenience was the elevator as one was being repared, only one was available. But I knew that beforehand as I read the reviews online. "
