'Love the atmosphere. It was very quiet and relaxing which fit our trip vibe. The staff was kind and helpful. However, one area for improvement could be the accessibility for guests to the surrounding walkable areas. The wall surrounding the resort made it tricky to determine the best access points to walk to the sights and local shops.'

'Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.'

'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'

'Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.'

'There was really no restaurant- Breakfast was bleak and expensive- The room was great and staff were great and location is central to old town and highways'

'The staff was nice and rooms were dated. Everything was clean. The food and happy hour was overrated. It was the same happy hour during my stay, nothing different. The breakfast was ok and the same. It would’ve been nice to factor in allergies and food most don’t eat. I would’ve been happy with regular sausage or bacon. My epi pen didn’t see the chorizo spices coming. The extra hidden fees were interesting. I stay various places 4-6 annually. I wouldn’t stay again knowing better places exist...

'I was charged multiple times and they couldn't tell me why. I also have not received it back into my account. I was charged for the room, $50 incidental hold, $14 for parking and a random $84 charge that they have no clue why and haven't refunded it.'

'Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. '

The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). However, there were several issues. Check-in was frustrating, as I didn’t receive instructions by 4 PM and had to call the host, who initially couldn’t find my reservation.
