'The quietest apartment complex we have ever visited. Great location to the Fashion mall…quite walkable. Old town is walkable, but with the heat, driving is more practical. This time of year parking is easy as the high season is over. Didn’t swim after all, but the pool looked clean and inviting.'

'This condo is top notch. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked for cooking that we have ever rented. The patio was clean and comfortable to sit on in the evening. The parking spot is right in front of the condo. 'It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.'

'Great location to food and baseball, which is why we chose it. Kitchen is well appointed but needed a narrow table and chairs for eating and laptop use.The unit was clean. Shared outdoor patio was comfortable . Check-in process was a little tedious as I had to confirm identification three separate times.'

'I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

'Overall a great stay. Host had great communication and tried to work through A/C issues with us. The A/C would continuously shut off, but we were able to manage it by turning it back on. Otherwise, a great stay. Close to downtown Scottsdale, we enjoyed the pool, and the condo was nice and clean.'
