'The property is an entire boat, with kitchen and bathroom. Very nicely renovated. Great location between Richmond and Williamsburg. Very friendly reception by operator, who provided accurate and helpful tips. We were sorry that we could stay only one night, we would have loved to stay longer. Near presumed site of Pocahontas' village and near Civil War fortifications.'

'The houseboat was exactly as described and met as well as exceeding my expectations. Very peaceful, overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and I love every minute of our stay, just wish it had been longer. We met Capt. Ron on our last night. He is a very nice man and loved talking with him. 'Great location, easy in and out, and clean. It is in the Fan district so it is an old track style home, I think that adds a lot of charm. Where the charm stopped for us is in the quality of furniture, mattress and seating. Mattress was awful, couch is a college dorm couch with equally bad support and there are not any other comfortable seats in the home. '

'Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!'

'This is a lovely updated apartment with an elevator on the 4th floor of a renovated building on Broad Street in the arts district. It directly overlooks the convenient and free rapid transit line, the Pulse, which is several miles long and uses quiet new CNG buses. There are plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. 'In a great neighborhood… very spacious and clean. The bathroom needs a remodel and there was just a trickle of water from the shower. The caulking looked moldy and definitely needs some fresh paint.'

'Beautiful historic house!! Held all of us comfortably. Especially loved sitting around the fire pit and at the ginormous dining table!! My grand daughter enjoyed the hot tub and the whole family spent the evenings putting together puzzles at that table. Highly recommend '
