'We felt that the service here was excellent. Staff members consistory remembered and addressed us by name, which definitely stood out for a very large resort. Could not have been more pleased with the service level here and would definitely go back again.'

'We were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was great! However, instead of a sofa sleeper, we had a "chair" sleeper, which was very uncomfortable for my grandson. It was very rough and needed some type of mattress cover/pad, not just a sheet. Also, it would be nice if there was another less expensive breakfast option other than Starbucks. 'Well maintained and friendly staff. Amazing view from our room. Quiet location considering the amount of guest. Only one problem we had was half the parking near handicap was closed due to painting which made parking for mobility impaired guest challenging. Otherwise what a great resort. Will definitely choose again our next Maui visit. '

'This location was perfect for our stay in Maui! It was a short walk to a small beach and then also short drive to perfect beaches to the south. The pool was nice and refreshing and hot tub was nice to soak in in the evenings. Inside the condo was very organized, we appreciated having beach chairs and boogie boards to bring with us to the beach! The view out the back of the condo has nice trees and flowers bushes to look at but be aware it does look out to the middle of the condo property where...

However, a few things that didn’t meet our expectations were the following: -overall checkin was frustrating and communication was lacking from the property management company. -lack of items in unit such as towels. 'Honua Kai resort is lovely. Multiple pools for all ages. Duke's restaurant very good. Our accomodations were adequate, not luxurious. Staff is accomodating. Property manager has the reputation of being "strict" according to valet service, so don't try to check in before 11!'

'We absolutely loved this unit. After a 6 hour flight and several more hours waiting for bags, getting groceries and driving from the airport, we couldn’t have asked for a better condo.
