'The property was as described and easily walkable to restaurants as well as King street and the citadel. Very tall people might want to skip this one as it in the basement of an older home and the ceiling is quite low in the shower.'

It was the perfect jumping off point for visits into Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Shem Creek. It was also spotlessly clean. Check in and out was easy as well. Check out was easy and location was close to the beach and the Charleston. The perfect spot for larger groups with space for group activities as well as alone time!'

'I've towed my small camper to Charleston two years but when I found this camper in a really nice private location I decided paying a little more than normal campground fees and using less gas was a no brainer. I travel with my dog so the completely fenced in yard was very important. Andrew provided just about everything in the camper you could think of and it was very clean and my daughter loved it when she visited! It's centrally located just off rt 26 so everywhere I went was 20 to 40 minutes...

'The location was perfect and easy to grab a coffee in the morning and walk to dinner at night. The communication with the leasing agent was quick and efficient. The pictures on VRBO are not that of the actual kitchen house - something I got concerned about but was promptly assured of by the agents. There was an import issue with photos and the correct ones are on the agent's site. Though the house is historical and with it has lots of stories, I felt very safe and calm there. 'We really enjoyed staying at the cottage, it was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to the beach. The communication with the host was great. Loved the keyless easy entry and best of all our dog was welcomed as well. The huge fully fenced in yard gave us piece of mind when we were all sitting outside. 'We loved our stay at this cottage! It was the perfect size for just the two of us. The bed is comfortable and we had everything we needed! Perfect location too. Our only feedback is that you should know you do not have access to adjusting the thermostat. The AC is set to 74, and it’s quite warm. However, the property manager was very quick to adjust the temperature based on our request. And it cooled down after the first night! We would stay again for sure!'

'We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. '

'The first thing we noticed about the property was how CLEAN and well-maintained it was! The staging when we first entered was soo impressive. This was our first weekend for just the ladies of our family and we could not have been more please with our accommodations, the friendliness of the property management team and the truly spectacular sunsets! 'This is a nice place to stay! The staff was very accommodating to request. There is lots of options to eat around the area, and it’s fairly secluded near lots of other hotels. it’s easy to find right off the highway A good central location if you are vacationing in Charleston. Having access to a full kitchen helps save money on eating out. I would recommend if your trip is 3 days'
