'Very quiet n peaceful host has great hospitality'

'Great place to stay in a country setting. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and spacious. There were mares and foals in the pasture across the driveway. Some of the mares and foals would come up to the fence so you could pet them. You could walk up the driveway to the barn to see other horses. Adirondack chairs were provided which was great to sit and relax in the afternoon while enjoying the view. Definitely a 5 star experience.'

'We traveled from 3 different states to attend our daughter's doctorate degree graduation from the University of KY. The house and the property were incredible! The house was spacious and comfortable- the sunroom was our go-to place for coffee every morning, as we watched the mares and foals in the pastures. The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The property owner was very responsive. Everything was just perfect!'

'We were in Lexington for the K3Day. The host suggested we also visit Keeneland and arranged for us to get clubhouse tickets. It was amazing! Love the house and its location (great pizza near by!)'

'Great location for Keeneland Spring meet and distillery visits. Just as described. Loved the views of mares and folds ( Spring time). Lisa and Steve were available if needed but still very quiet and private. Will stay here again.'

'I loved the house but there were so many things wrong , it was hard to enjoy it. The cabin, porch,and grill were VERY dirty. Inside the floors were not mopped There were only seven forks( for up to 15 people.) I knew we would see a few bugs but i didn't count on multiple mice (which we saw every night) there were droppings and traps everywhere, so keep nothing on the counters! We never saw the dock it was to overgrown'

'Spent a long weekend with a group of guys. Between the outside pond, pool, hot tub and fire pit there wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the fun and games in the basement arcade area. It was also a perfect spot for launching off to the bourbon trail, keeneland racetrack and even clay shooting. Everything was clean and updated and there is plenty of room. Not a negative thing to say about the property or the owner Aaron who responded quickly to any questions'

'The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Clean and comfy house, exactly what we needed.'
