'Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again'

'Great position with lovely views. It was perfect for our family gathering with plenty of space. Really good communication with the owner. The approach is incredibly steep it was much better arriving from the top of the hill downwards. Great outside space would be lovely in the summer.'

'My son and I used this as headquarters to visit some historic sites and relax before long travel home to US. It was a tight space but fully equipped and adequate for everything we needed. Nice hiking trails right outside the door. Beautiful setting. Owners were very nice and accommodating.'

'Very idyllic cottage in Cotswolds. It has everything you need. There are also many nice places in the area you can visite! Ann was a perfect host, willing to help and answered very quickly. Could recommend staying here for sure and would love to come back again!'

'We had another lovely stay at the Lower Mill estate. Kids enjoyed the watersports, bike rentals, swimming and tennis and the independence of having it all within easy access. The cottage was a good space for the 2 families - 2 mums, 4 kids with a well stocked kitchen. It was a little dusty as nobody had stayed for awhile, which did also mean a lot of quite large spiders. Probably inevitable as you are so near the water but they were some of the biggest I have ever seen or had to deal with!'

'This is a lovely little place and very well decorated and the use of room is amazing. Beautiful views, lovely shower and was convenient as everything was within walking difference, 20mins of that to get into town. Only down side was there was no microwave and I feel like 1 could easily fit on the side. Also, it wasn’t as clean as I would expect. 'The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. 'Our Accomodation met all our needs. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. We loved being able to paddle board from the rear of our Accomodation. We did get stuck in the reeds though. Perhaps they need a little trim. The outdoor pool was heated so the kids were happy to splash around before dinner. We didn’t use the Spa. We did a couple of walks around the village and a little bit of nature spotting. I think it would be a good idea to create a larger adventure play area for the 10+...

'Large roomy well equiped apartment with separate bedroom ( but not with a closing door ),fantastic shower, we had room 9 which was downstairs and had beautiful bay windows with a lovely hillside view , easy onsite parking , loved the dishwasher but missed having a washing machine and oven, initially we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness ( fluff and balls and dust in corners of the bathroom and dropped food under dining table ) a quick clean and all was good '
