'This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed. Other than that the house was spotless! We loved the pretty kitchen and spacious diningroom. We had 8 people stay the night and everyone had plenty of sleeping space. The owners of the property...

'Nine Cleveland friends gathered for a weekend away. Cleveland is beautiful, but Sunnyside is a different kind of beautiful. Fresh apples and raspberries outside the door; cows, goats, and chickens running to welcome us; coyotes singing from the hills, trout leaping onto the hook! And, throughout, Martha was a wonderful, welcoming host. Thank you, and see you again soon!'

'Certainly a home away from home. All the necessities and then some, never slept in more comfortable beds! There were one set of neighbors that were worrisome domestically but otherwise very pleased with stay!'
