Quiet neighborhood with grocery store near by, park 4 blocks provides great place for the kids. We enjoyed watching the ducks and who was catching fish! 'We really enjoyed our stay! The main reason we chose this property was the 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds or larger. This can be hard to find. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay again!'

'The house was so lovely! It's obvious that time and care was put into restoring this house to its original beauty. Loved that the floors and doorways looked to be original! The gate around back was a little unwieldy, and finding the offstreet parking space was a bit confusing the first time, but the trip was flawless and the house perfect for what we needed!'

No washer and dryer but that was not in the listing and we verified in advance so not a surprise and we packed accordingly. The internet went out and back a few times a day. 'My husband, son, and I stayed at this property to see the eclipse on 4/8. It worked perfectly for us and was much better than staying as a family in a hotel room. The location was perfect in walking distance from the river, many restaurants, and a very cute park. The beds were SUPER comfortable. We loved the location and in the evening we enjoyed sitting in the front porch enjoying a glass of wine. The house was very clean and aesthetically pleasing which just made for an enjoyable stay.'

'Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new...

'Location, house size, number of beds, & number of rooms were great. Negatives were: 1. All furniture felt cheap & was small, i.e. dorm-like furniture. 2. One bed was a cot with a small mattress. Another bed had a loud & flimsy frame. All beds were very not far off the floor. 3. Garage was completely filled up except for a narrow walk-way. 4. Lack of necessary cooking items, such as no cookie sheets & pots & pans were small.'
