'10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. '

'My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. Additionally, it was within walking distance to downtown Hollywood which had many restaurants and bars....

'Clean, convenient and close to many places! We were in down for a concert at Hard Rock Stadium. House was as described. Was able to fix a late night meal and enjoy the pool, before and after the concert! '

'This property will not disappoint. Spacious enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Property is close enough to the beach yet far enough to be out of the beach traffic. Peaceful and relaxing trip, would highly recommend this rental. '
