'Everything you need. The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!'

'I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in the door. We stayed here because our son recently moved to the area. Everything you could possibly want or need is provided. We were going to take our son & his girlfriend out for dinner but we decided to stay in & grill. We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, & just hanging out on the back porch by the water. 'Wonderful, relaxing. Owners warm and welcoming. Fresh, homemade pound cake and sprigs of fresh flowers and greenery adorned the cottage upon our arrival. The ever-changing mountains shouted out in majestic glory splashing her radiance upon our front porch view. A waterfall trailed peacefully behind the cottage with a swing that beckoned one to sit awhile. Location great for diverse activities: hiking, sightseeing, shopping, zip line. A plethora of fine dining to fun, local eateries to choose...

'North Georgia Roots is a comfortable, clean getaway which is secluded, but not far away from stores and attractions. The home itself is well-maintained with nice amenities. The guidebook is great for not only local fare, but also items in the home that might need instructions. Out in nature, but paved throughout made the drive easy. If you're looking for a quiet spot that still has access to shops and sites...this is the place.'
