We zorgen er altijd voor dat u zich thuis zult voelen en bieden altijd snelle persoonlijke service. De meeste appartementen in Toronto worden beheerd door agentschappen of managementbedrijven. Ze kunnen niet de service bieden die we bieden. We zijn 24/7 beschikbaar + we hebben een team van onderhoudspersoneel altijd klaar! Er is geen plek zoals thuis en we zullen er alles aan doen om ervoor te zorgen dat u zich thuis voelt!

You’ll feel right at home!!
This is a great Condo!! It’s located in the heart of Toronto with a high variety of things to do which are ALL within walking distance. This place is very clean and there is a good amount of space throughout the condo compared to others in the area Alan is very respectful and EXTREMELY helpful and will answer all your questions He goes in great detail with the whole checkin process to make everything easy for you

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Toronto for our anniversary and had the privilege to stay at this amazing condo. We arrived and had a very quick and simple check in process. We got our keys and went to the room and were amazed when we walked in. The place is very bright and extremely clean. The modern look with great interior decoration was a nice touch. All was great, we used the kitchen a lot , he provided all we needed to cook , pans , utensils, cooking spray and much more. A plus was having a dish washer and the laundry appliances to do washes. We enjoyed the open space as we watched Netflix every day, great tv setup in the living room and in the bedroom. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and many throw blankets in the house were available to use when sitting on couch or outside to bundle up. This property is equipped with many “techy” things, one being a fancy toilet with many features and an automatic fan when showering, but the best feature was having the option to lock and unlock the house from my phone. Felt very secure. We were extremely close to the CN tower and the aquarium. We walked out the condo and right there , looking up was the CN tower. Was nice as we walked everywhere. Attached to the condo building was a Starbucks , right down the road we found a great grocery store and across from that was a Tim Hortons . Everything was just a couple steps away. If you’re looking to visit popular attractions this is the condo to be at. Overall, Alan was very helpful and nice. The check in process was a breeze and we were in a perfect area for touring around. Was an amazing stay and will be coming back in the summer.

Great location for all things Toronto!
We really enjoyed our relaxation visit and sampled several fantastic restaurants in the area! I was able to walk to the U of T easily as well. Our only personal difficulty was the lack of darkness for sleeping and being able to lower the heat even with the heating unit turned off - we like a very cool, dark sleep environment😊 Alan was extremely responsive to our needs and the unit was truly fantastic otherwise!! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting close proximity to many tourist attractions.

Superb host and location
Alan was an incredible host! We drove in to Toronto during a snowstorm arriving much later than our anticipated check in time. Regardless, Alan had his daughter meet us and check us in personally. It was a big help to figure out parking and find our room after dark. The location of Alan's condo in the entertainment district is wonderful! Walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. My husband and I thoroughly loved our visit (minus the poor travel conditions). Definitely would return again!

We had an amazing stay in this condo. The condo is very cozy and clean and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and within walking distance to the Scotiabank Centre. All the comforts of home. Alan is very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Toronto Hospitality at its Finest!
We loved our 1st visit to Toronto and staying at this property was one of the greatest highlights! The location cannot be beat! The building is beautiful, modern and extremely secure. Even though we were tourists, the concierge treated us as locals! I travel very frequently for my job so I tend to have high standards when I travel on personal vacation...I must say, this place did not disappoint! The condo is incredibly appointed and Alan was the best host I have ever experienced on VRBO! I truly felt like it was our own apt in the city! From the spa like bath products to the beautiful, modern kitchen...everything was fantastic! The fully appointed kitchen prevented us from having to eat every meal out, especially when the weather was bad We could relax and watch the amazing tv or even sit on the balcony and watch the people go by. The bed was super comfortable and having the nice washer/dryer in the unit for our use was an incredible added bonus. Check-in was a breeze and Alan was extremely hospitable in suggesting great "local" places to visit, eat, etc. After much research and contemplating a few of the nearby 5 star hotels... I am so glad I chose this property! It is by far better than any hotel you could ask for! Working with Allen was a pleasure and a bonus to our overall experience and impression of Toronto! We will definitely be back in the near future! Thanks for an incredible visit! #wordofadvice... #looknofurther!

Great experience
Farm boy from a town of 100 , would I want to live at 300 Front Street, not a hope in hell. Would I rent it again, without question. Easy to get to from airport on UP lots of amenities were an easy walk, best part was Alan your host he made check in super easy.
