'Pros: nice room, dinners were good, beautiful beach Cons: 5 star price…3 star service. Island time is definitely a thing, and that’s okay unless you want to charge premium prices. Took 40 minutes to get a shuttle to one of the villages, while the whole time an empty shuttle was sitting out front, but no one would take it (even though it worked). 1.5 hour wait to one of the restaurants for 2 people that had multiple open tables, when I inquired about it, they said they were being held, but they...

'Beautiful ocean view room, we went to the local grocery store to fill up our frig but went to restaurant at least once a day, delicious food & drinks. The adult only pool is where we were if not at the beautiful ocean. Fabulous vacation '

'We had a very nice stay at this property. Once the staff knew it was our honeymoon they gave us a room upgrade with a gorgeous ocean view at check in. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits on a prime stretch of beach on Grace Bay. The staff was very friendly and all the food we consumed, both the breakfast buffet and dinner at their Italian restaurant were quite nicely done.'

'Perfect for families with small children. They have a small kids pool right next to the larger pool right by the beach making it easy to bounce back and forth. There is no breakfast included and the small shop closes at 5 pm making it difficult to get things like bottled water and supplies for the next morning if your arrival is late. '

'Impeccable hotel. The beach is amazing and shallow which is perfect for kids. The architecture and rooms are so beautiful and luxurious. The pool and cabanas are awesome. Such a beautiful resort. Can’t say enough good things about it. The food was pricey however. '

'Clean, basic room. 5 minute walk to the beach and they have umbrellas and chairs which was convenient. Also have bikes you can borrow which we did. Balcony is nice to have and you’re right outside the main street for food. Groceries ten minute walk away '

'This hotel is rated 3 stars, I'll give it 2 stars just because of its location. If it wasn't for the location I would give it 1 star. The location is great! Beach is basically across the street, we didn't use the beach shuttle they provide because its walking distance. and theres a plaza in front of the hotel that has restaurants and shops. The free breakfast included is terrible!! Watery scrambled eggs, stale bread and croissants. The pool was nice and the pool furniture too, but the jacuzzi...

'The hotel was a beautiful boutique like hotel. Clean rooms, and gorgeous property. The restaurant was small but reasonable options. Fun restaurants and other hotels within walking distance. Would stay here again! '
