'Wingsong was fabulous! They were extremely accommodating when we needed to move our dates last minute. The front desk and Butler staff is 10/10. The resort is not too big which is nice bc never seems too busy even when they are fully booked. There are several dining options and the food is good. The beach is beautiful and the people are so nice. I would recommend getting a car bc taxi's around the island, to town and to restaurants are very expensive. '

'We had a Deluxe suite garden room and it was lovely and very clean. We overlooked the garden and pool but we could also see part of the beach & ocean. Whoever cleaned our room daily done an excellent job!!'

'Geweldig hotel met uitstekende excursie faciliteiten op het terrein (bootexcursies, SUP, Kayak, Jet ski etc.). Rustig gelegen, precies waar ik naar op zoek was. Ik hou ervan om rust te hebben en drukte op te zoeken naar behoefte. Winkeltje op het terrein met verrassend goed assortiment voor prijzen gelijk aan de supermarkt. Ook een koffiebar met goede koffie. Zeer ruime kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de 4e verdieping met geweldig uitzicht over zwembad, strand, marina en mangrove. Goede...

'Spa and pools were nice. Each a different temperature. However, tiles need fixing or replacing including grout. Room not fully stocked with towels. Floor not mopped in a few days. Food was average except for one quiet restaurant which cooked food by our diet and awesome Chef came out to see if we liked everything twice. She was awesome. Head Chef was an incredible. You could meet and make dietary requests. Jerk chicken truck, beaches grounds awesome. I feel that it was lacking in value overall. '

'Beautiful property, very open and easy to navigate. Food is very good and same price with what we had in America nowadays. You can make a short walk from the hotel to a nice area with tons of bars and restaurants if you don't want to eat at the property. Pool/beach staff are sweet and nice. 'We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. '

'The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. '

'The staff especially Suzanne offers an excellent warming welcome. The place is clean . Just be aware that the hotel is 5min drive to the beach . However, the hotel offers drop off and pick up from the beach . The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools. '

'This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if...

'Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good. '
