'Both Paulo and his house are awesome! Crystal clear instructions, great service and a house that definitely lives up to its description. We had an absolutely knock out weekend! It started with the very punctual grocery delivery within 5 minutes upon arrival (the beer was even cooled). Throughout the weekend Paulo was always available. Full recommmendation!'

'Very accessible, great house exactly what was in the pictures. Able to speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese and was very friendly and respectful. House rules are very understandable and location is very close to beach. Will come back again'

'Stayed at this property while in town for a work conference. The Congress Center is a close walk, which was perfect for us. You will need Uber, bus or trolley to get into Lisbon for a lot of sight seeing. The flat is laid out in genuine Portuguese style as our hosts explained. There was a lot of space. The garden is lovely. The hosts are delightful and full of great recommendations.'

'I booked the property for 19 persons as a celebration for a friend. Paulo was always communicating with us for the months in the build up to the stay. The chef Jose was very friendly and cooked a great breakfast as well as a dinner for our final night. It is around 45 minutes from Lisbon but Paulo helped us organise taxis for a visit into the city on one of our days. There is also a supermarket around 5 minutes drive. Having the football pitch was also a great plus :) if you stick to the house...

'Tips; liggingen ruimte, zwembad, vieuw, aardige behulpzame eigenaar maar geen personeel voor onderhoud Nadelen; Matige (harde en krakende) bedden, Matig onderhouden (wc trok niet goed door), soms riool lucht bij het terras, geen licht in de douche, houtwerk her en der aan een verf toe. We zaten er 2 weken en moesten betalen voor schoonmaak en wisseling van linnengoed in between weeks. Het huis ligt aan de noord kant van de berg Sintra waardoor in de ochtend vaak mist'

'This home has comfortable beds, a beautiful enclosed garden, a well maintained pool, great grill and is close to tennis/golf and the beach. We booked tennis 3x after the host contacted the club. 'We stayed for two weeks. The vila exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped in the kitchen. Lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The owner took care of any concerns promptly. The area is very quiet but with easy access by car to the beach, restaurants etc. Having English tv was a nice extra. Would definitely recommend for families or couples traveling together as there is lots of space to spread out.'
