'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '

'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'I've been returnuning after 20 years and still impressed by the friendly and efficient service in all the different restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and decorated with great taste. Only remark I have was the size of a glass of wine at the Tapestry bar.'

'We had a great Spring Break at the Wyndham Palm Aire! Our unit in the Royal Palm building was gigantic! We had plenty of space for our family of 5 for the week in our two bed, two bath condo. Spent a lot of time walking the property, swimming at the pool, counting lizards, etc. Would recommend if you are looking for a low key, do nothing but do everything kind of laid back vacation!'

'The "owner" didnt have the right to rent the time allotted for us (tome share situation) when we tried to reach out to him he started blocking our calls. When we got to the property is when we found out it was his to rent that week. We had no place to go. Vrbo put us in a hotel for the night and said they wouod reimburse us the full amount. We were responsible for booking a place to stay the rest of the time. We're not sure when our refund will be processed but so far its not 4 days. Definitely...

'In dit hotel kun je het gevoel krijgen volledig onzichtbaar te zijn. Je betaalt behoorlijk wat, maar je krijgt er niet die service voor terug die verwacht mag worden. Het is een beetje een 'nieuw rijken' sfeer. Daarom ook luidruchtiger en op bepaalde punten platvloerser dan wij in ieder geval verwacht hadden.'

'I love this property. The apartment was very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The 2 bedrooms apartment was very spacious and super clean. The only observation that I have is the check in process. They do not let you access the property until 3 pm even if you arrive 10 minutes before 3 pm. You have to make a line, and there is only one person. Overall is an excellent property.'
