"Accommodatie was OK. Mooi dichtbij la Cité van Carcassonne. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Kostte wel extra. Appartement was ruim maar had wel wat meer mogen bieden qua gemak. Bijna geen pannen bijvoorbeeld en geen waterkoker. Maar goed d E prijs was ook niet hoog. Wat me wel heel erg stoorde was dat tijdens ons verblijf van 2 dagen vanaf 8 uur ‘s morgens er werklui het dak bladvrij aan het maken waren. Ontzettende herrie dus. Ik vind dat je dat niet kunt maken naar je gasten toe. We konden op de muren van La Cité de bladblazers horen!"

"Het hotel ligt precies tussen de Citadel en het nieuwe centrum dus beide op loopafstand. In de straat waar het hotel zich bevindt zijn meerdere leuke restaurantjes. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en bij goed weer kun je in de prachtige tuin zitten. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De fijnste service vond ik het gratis, gekoelde water dat je uit een machine mocht tappen. Dat is een zesde ⭐️ waard. Super!"

"Uitstekend gelegen apart hotel dichtbij de oude stad. Zeer ruim verblijf, met alle comfort. Je kan er ontbijten als je wil. Rustige buurt."

"Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. Nice breakfast served at the table, plenty of choice. Nice garden to sit and relax good sized pool area. EXTREMELY nice personnel at reception and breakfast area! Negative: we stayed in a deluxe room in the ***star Mommerency. Small rooms/bathroom, noisy at times, clean but tired looking. Shower/bath: only hot water because the thermostat button was stuck solid. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Ofcourse you do pay less than in the main building and we did not spend much time in our room. "
