'This was such a wonderful, quiet retreat. The little cottage by a pond was down a rocky, dirt road, with twists and bends that led through the woods. 'We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was ideal for our needs, being myself and husband and adult son. We loved the layout of the house, both rooms had plenty of space(particularly the upstairs one with 2 beds) although the stairs up to the bedroom were quite steep. The area was very quiet so making it easy to sleep at night. I'd have liked a kettle to make tea as there was only a coffee machine but we Brits love our tea! There was ample space for relaxing in the evening and a good size...
