Come explore this wonderful family friendly lake home retreat with 4-Bedrooms, 1-Bath, located on Round Lake. The lake house features a fire pit, deck, out door patio furniture, exterior lights, grill, private dock, paddle board and canoe! Sit back and relax while watching the sunset with a drink in your hand and feet in the water. If you love to fish, then you'll love this lake!! There are plenty of close by state parks, golf courses and local restaurants.

The Space:

Desirable Private all-sports Round Lake- THE best lake side unique home for the bachelor/ette, family & friends weekend getaway. The main area of the space has a great view of the lake. Newly decorated/styled. Beachy Lake home vibes. Four bedroom (Two Queen beds & Three Singles). Summer months- canoe and paddle board available. Nice backyard perfect for bonfires and hang outs. Back patio also faces water ( and perfect for a fishing experience.) Also come enjoy a Brand New HOT TUB off the back deck!!!!

Guest Access:

Guest is able to access the home, driveway to home, the back yard, lake, the patio space behind home. Guest is not able to park in the street.

Other Details to note:

Pets: are not allowed on property if you’re caught brining an animal you’ll be charged $200 a day per animal.

Safety: Please note that the home is not handicap accessible.
Being on a lake, children are not to be left unattended.

Bonfires:
Should you wish to use the FirePit, Firewood is not provided, though there is a corner store and gas station nearby where bundles should be available for purchase.
If you choose to have a fire please make sure fire is fully put out and chairs are returned/stacked with weight on them so they don’t blow into the lake before leaving/going to bed.

Parking: driveway in front of house. Please note the home features a sloped driveway and In winter month conditions may cause it to be slick.

Fishing: If you are going to be fishing off the boat/ice fishing conservation officers require fishing license on public lakes
$10 daily pass or $26 annually (easily purchase online) Michigan.gov dnr or purchase at Meijer, Dunhams

TV: We have an Roku TV device (a streaming media player) which means it lets you watch videos, listen to music, play games, and use other types of apps from the Internet onto the TV. Guests have the ability to watch whatever subscription service they may already have (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on the tv.

Dock/BOAT: There will no longer be a boat at this location
