'First let me say that the place was immaculate and the pool was fantastic. Our group of nine family members (3 generations) had a great two nights and all slept very well. That said, we do have a few comments. First, the house is definetly not new with a lot of uneven floors, steps without hand rails and slippery bath tubs with no handholds. 'The property was clean, beautiful, and nestled on well-maintained land in the perfect location—secluded enough for privacy, yet just a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. It was also ideally situated near many of the area’s top wineries. Inside, the home had a cozy, rustic charm that made evenings relaxing and fun, with plenty of games and activities to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this charming property to anyone visiting the area.'
