'The Savannah Dream House was perfect for my husband, two Frenchies and myself. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for the dogs.'

'It was my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and my dad's birthday. This was a great place to fit everyone and it's only 15 minutes to the center of Savannah. I love a vacation rental that has great beds and pillows! Thank you so much. This is something I look for in reviews. Everything was super clean and communication from the owners was very smooth. The only thing that could have been better was the grill and the kitchen supplies. It's not really set up to make a big meal for everyone...

Location good for visiting both Savannah and Tybee Island, good access to Kroger and fast food, urban walking trail across the street, good parking in front of house. Minimal amenities. On a busy, sometimes noisy, street.'

After comparing different homes this one was the best option for us solely based on the advertised “renovated pool area”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property we were blindsided with a destroyed/unusable pool. 'The property was charming, in a quite neighborhood. It was close drive to Tybee island and downtown Savannah. Yard was fenced in which was good for the dogs and very nice size for the dogs to run and play. I would stay there again in the future. '

'I hoped the negative reviews were simply from complainers and I was optimistic. It was so uncomfortably hot inside. A portable A/C unit in bedroom (only) was vented to the outside through an open window that had to stay open. An old towel was somewhat fitted around it (not well) to keep critters & bugs at bay, but insect traps were inside, even on kitchen counter. NO personal communication from one, no responses EVER to my questions even from the initial rental time. Form letters only were sent...

'The house was great with a great location! Communication with Host was very prompt and helpful!! Additional TVs in bedrooms could be helpful for ones that like a noise to go to sleep. Overall it’s a perfect house!! '
