'I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

'This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'Geweldige locatie, we hadden beschikking over 2 parkeerplaatsen in een parkeergarage. Elke kamer had zijn eigen badkamer. Ondanks dat de locatie op 100m afstand lag van de Hollywood Blvd. was het toch opvallend rustig in het appartement. Minpunt was dat opvallend veel lampen stuk waren in de kamer. Maar verder geen last gehad hiervan.'

'We booked 2 apartments for a family of 11. It was not specified if one was suitable for 6, so we chose the ground floor one for easy access for my mother inlaw. We did not have sufficient bedding or towels. However, we used spare ones from the other room. The sofa bed in the lounge was meant for 2 people but was small and very uncomfortable. 'Directions: At no point did the owner explain there are two buildings with entrances on different streets and your room may be in either one of the buildings. You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings.
