"We like the hotel, its our second stay. But our room didnt get cleaned one day, thats a minus. Also you cant find the times for breakfast, lunch, pool hours easy in the hotel or website. Also the remote in the room was very nasty. And a part of the lamp in the room fell on my head. They did apologize many times and offer us another room, that was nice. Thats why 5 stars for the service. Nice staff, very friendly. The area/neighborhood is bad though, there are a lot of homeless people and the neighborhood is very outdated."

"En este viaje estábamos de luna de miel y desafortunadamente el cuarto que nos dieron tenía camas separadas, inmediatamente y antes de llevar nuestras maletas fuimos a la recepción y amablemente solicitamos que por favor nos dieran otro cuarto con una sola cama, nos dijeron que no era posible y que tal vez al otro día podíamos después de las 10:00 am preguntar si esto era posible. Antes de las 09:00 debíamos salir del hotel si queríamos disfrutar del parque (Disney) esperaba que la persona de la recepción entendiera que era nuestra luna de miel y ayudará a que fuera especial , lo mínimo era un cuarto con una sola cama. Lo otro que yo pensé fue sin en verdad quisieran ayudarnos, nos hubieran dicho dején las maletas listas y en el transcurso del día les haremos el cambio del cuarto, en la noche al llegar pregunten qué cuarto les corresponden , pero no esto no pasó."
