'The room is really beautiful with a balcony, and the bed was so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and offer lots of help despite my language barrier. The amenities are fantastic, we loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. They also have laundry facilities that you can pay a few dollars to use, which are great for long stays. The hotel is located close to one of the nicest mall in Santiago, so shopping is very convenient. The hotel has elevators, so I’m not quite sure why the listing mentioned...

'Bondo Hometel was amazing! Laura and Zara the front desk ladies were great, very welcoming and helpful. They were great with communication as well. Bondo is everything you need and more. The Feros cafe in the lobby has great food at a great value. The Rooftop is beautiful it has the best view, clean pools and jacuzzi and the bar staff is very efficient and make great drinks. Bondo is close to everything a short 8-10 minutes uber ride from the major attractions in the old city. My experience was...
