'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '
'What I like about the property that is was a beautiful area to recharge and refresh your mind, getting away from the city side was soo peaceful I would recommend going back again. The thing I don’t like the cabin that I was staying the stovetop wasn’t working to it’s full potential but it worked for the time being overall my experience was amazing. '

'Neat to the event we attended. Property presented itself extremely clean and new. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Everything was great --bed comfort, internet access, bathroom amenities. '
'Staff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Since it is animal friendly, there are no carpets on the floors.
The Continental Breakfast was very nice offering: instant oatmeal, muffins, a variety of breakfast bars, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate.

'Kaatskill Mountain Club is a wonderful hotel. The pool is lovely and the amenities and the staff are great. There are two things I would suggest that would make the customer’s stay more comfortable. The first one is providing a mini refrigerator in the studio units. That would be most helpful. Secondly is installing at least one handle bar in the shower stall for customers who have balance/mobility issues. That said I have recommended this facility to my family and friends.
