We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. I brought my husband here for a fishing trip for his birthday and it was convenient to have a boat ramp so close. We found everything we needed in the home as it was comfortable and well equipted. 'We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay the week of Thanksgiving in the house! It was a great time for everyone. The house accommodated our stay with beds and personal space! We spend time relaxing and playing games and taking nearby hikes. The house was convenient to hiking trails and shopping! Everything was clean and very comfortable! 'A great place to spend time with friends and enjoy the trails in and around Bentonville. Dirt Haven had everything we needed! Our group of 9 adults enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and the entire layout! Very comfortable for larger groups compared to many other rentals we have stayed at. The driveway easily fit 4 vehicles, and the 2 car garage was perfect for our 14 bikes in total! Many hooks to hang your bikes or bags! The park/dog park is also right across the main street plus Red Kite...

'The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.'
