'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'I booked a Bayview bungalow suite. The room itself was spacious with a beautiful view however, it had an awful odor like mold, mildew, and smoke. The walls were dirty. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. I knew that there was no availability to change rooms other than pay the same and be downgraded to a standard room, which is what was offered to my sister for the terrible smoke smell in her room.
