'The 4-star rating for staff and service (instead of 5) is due only to the poor check-in experience. We had booked two king-bed rooms, but were given one king and one double-bed room on different floors. The staff suggested we could have two nearby ocean-view rooms if we paid an additional $600 USD, which was disappointing—especially since it was the off-season and there were plenty of empty rooms on each floor. 'The staff are all friendly. The food are marvelous and very tasty. I just dont like our room, you can hear the noise of the water from the pipe from other rooms. The concierge doesnt have foreign exchange but overall experience was great. Will definitely come back and recommend! '
