'The property was beautiful and the hosts were very helpful! It was the perfect spot for a getaway with friends! The location was perfect as it was a short drive from town and right on a gorgeous lake, where we had access to canoes and kayaks. We went on a few gorgeous hikes around the area (Whiteside Mountain, High Falls, and Rainbow Fallls at Gorges National Park). I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to book my next trip!'

'Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer...

'This cabin was near what we wanted to do: visit Cherokee and hike in the mountains. It was also a great place to return to at the end of the day. The porch overlooking the river was spectacular. The cabin had a "woodsy" feel to it and was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. Clint was communicative as needed. We especially appreciate that he contacted us promptly when he discovered that we left a pair of glasses behind. He offered to send them to us and refused payment, event for postage.'
