'Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.'

We would stay here again… and honestly the place design was better than listed. However there can be improvement in cleanliness and few hardware features of the place.'

'This is an AWESOME apartment. I have my own VRBO rental. There is NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED by this host. Walking distance to amazing Hoboken, NJ, and THE PATH. FREE PARKING a block away. 'Unit was nice and fit 3 people well. Had everything we needed and property manager response times were great. Location was great. I was able to do laundry the day before i left so no repacking dirty clothes. You can hear the people in main home upstairs moving around so as long as you don't expect dead silence you will be completely fine. Thank you so much for renting your place it was amazing!'

So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. 'Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. 'The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

'This unit is on a lovely street and about a ten mite walk to the PATH train, mostly what I stayed for. Host was very helpful and good at communicating I recommend!'

'My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. 'We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.'

'B&B business in kind-of-a-hotel building. Had a lot of trouble checking in bevause i did not have an email from the owner of the room. Real small room. Shared bathroom clean but very uncomfortabel. Left after 1 night. Lots of rooms permanently occupied by Asian people. Smelly conditions because of cooking on the floors ?'
