'The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets'

'The room was very spacious, well appointed and recently renovated. We had a great experience. The lobby was under renovation and not spectacular and appearance, but look forward to seeing it when it’s finished. The staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.'

'Horrible property, criminal mismanagement. Our room had a horrible odor that worsened when we ran the A/C unit. It smelled like either an animal had died in the vent or the prior occupant had vomited all over the room without anyone cleaning. We checked out after 1 horrible night and switched hotels. At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused...

'We were not happy with the rate we had to pay!! Considerably more for two weekend nights when months ago we paid much less and if I booked for the next weekend it went back to the lesser amount. Will be looking for another hotel if this happens again!!!'

'We loved everything about this hotel, friendly helpful staff breakfast and dinner was wonderful the bar had a great happy hour. It was beautiful in every way, our room and every where you went very unique and they really thought of everything you might need . Perfect in every way and would def stay again!'
