'i’ve stayed at this hotel about 30 times over the last few years, and it continues to go downhill. The owners don’t make investments to maintain the property. , the pool area doesn’t ever look like it was cleaned, there’s always peeling paint in the rooms and they’ve yet to upgrade to streaming TVs. The staff is amazing and the breakfast staff is really great, but as far as the upkeep of the rooms I’d give it a seven out of 10 and the overall presentation of the hotel could use some work. 'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'General ok place to stay. However small rooms, can be noisy if other guest stay out long. And gap between door and floor is big. So expect crawling friends.'
