'Great experience at this Beat Western Plus. Friendly front desk clerk, clean and comfortable room with great space. I give you high marks for having the towels at a good level for an ADA room. The only thing that needs improvement is the height of the mirror in this ADA room. Way too high. '

'This is my go-to hotel for Richmond. I always book this hotel whenever my family come to visit or if I just need a nice staycation. It's easy parking, great rooms/service and it's close to the mall, movie theater and restaurants. My family and I always enjoy our stay here.'

'It gets the job done '

'There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. '
